ABOUT ME
Passion to teach Music
Hi my name is Patrick !
​
I am dedicated to fostering the musical development of my students through all aspects, including playing, creating, understanding, performing and sharing my love for music. I started singing from year 3, have sung in multiple competitions and have also sung internationally in places such as Shanghai.
I have been classically trained and have been singing classical/musical, have also helped with the school production of musicals such as Legally Blonde.With over 10+yrs experience.
Graduated with Bachelor of Music and Education at University of New South Wales. Working currently as a High School Teacher.

I focus on teaching music through a holistic understanding of music, theory, aural, technique, rhythm, ensembles, musical history and composition (and so much more! ) My lessons are enjoyable, positive and encouraging, guaranteeing results if you practice.

My lessons are adapted to each students abilities and are always made so that it will help focus on the individual's problem areas. Not only focusing on singing I have always been fond of teaching children and watching music bring joy and happiness whilst learning music.

Each lesson involves an element of learning and theory but the majority of the class is devoted to putting that theory into practice. A technical approach to singing rather than repertoire work.
